Work Permits
Individuals who are in the United States may be eligible for a work permit if they have applied for a green card or have some other status that allows them to receive work authorization.

Asylum
Individuals who are in the United States and fear returning to their home country may be eligible to apply for asylum.

T Visas
Individuals who have been victims of sex or labor trafficking and their families may be eligible for legal status in the United States if they cooperate with law enforcement to report and prosecute the human trafficking.

Green Card Renewals
Individuals who have lawful permanent residence status may apply to renew their green cards.

VAWA Protection
Individuals who have been abused by a family member who is a citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States may be eligible for legal status in the US.

Naturalization
An individual who has been a lawful permanent resident of the United States for three to five years may be eligible to become a United States citizen.

DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals)
Individuals who were brought to the United States as children may qualify for legal protection from deportation.

Fiance Visas
A citizen of the United States can file a petition for a fiance to come to the US.

Removal of Conditions
Individuals who received conditional lawful permanent residence status for two years through a US citizen family member must apply to renew their lawful permanent status before their two-year green card expires.

Family-sponsored Visas
A citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States can file petitions for certain family members to receive lawful permanent residence in the US.

U Visas
Individuals who have been victims of certain crimes and their families may be eligible for legal status in the United States if they cooperate with law enforcement to report and prosecute the crime.

Adjustment of Status
Individuals and families who have approved refugee, asylum, U visa, T visa, or Special Immigrant Juvenile status, or family-sponsored visas may be eligible to get lawful permanent residence while inside the United States through adjustment of status.

Change of Status
Individuals who are in the United States with a temporary visa may be able to switch to another type of temporary status.
